Honestly, it’s difficult for everyone. People who have been running for all of their lives will say that getting out of the door is the hardest part. My advice is to just push yourself out of the door. Make a calendar write it down, challenge yourself, tell people that you will run. That way you have to follow through. After 2 weeks, it will become a habit.
